You're engaged! ♡ You have booked the venue... Its now time to invite the guests!
Its a daunting task deciding on your wording for your wedding invites. But we have you covered!
We have put together some of the most common ways of writing invitations including some key pieces of information to consider:
1. Who is the invite coming from - are you having a traditional wedding or a more modern or civil service
2. How do you want your names placed - the most common way of writing an invitation is to have the bride's name first followed by the grooms
3. Would you like to include your guest names on the invite or keep them off
4. Your wedding location, wedding date and time
5. Your reception information - including a secondary address if this is at a different location to the service
6. RSVP details - are you asking your guest to reply by mail, email, phone or even QR code directly to your wedding website
All weddings are different and as such the following wording examples can all be amended to suite you.
